Data Security
The data you share with Actionable is encrypted both during transit and at rest. All data is encrypted using TLS 1.2 HTTPS connections and AES SHA-256 encryption keys managed by Amazon Certificate and Amazon Key Management services.
Application Security
The Actionable platform undergoes an annual penetration test by a certified third-party. We also make use of automated tools such as AWS Inspector and GitHub’s Dependabot, to ensure that the third party code we use is free of known vulnerabilities.
Infrastructure Security
The Actionable platform is hosted with Amazon Web Services who employ world class security when it comes to both data security, and the physical security of the data centres.
System and Organization Controls (SOC) Reports are reports prepared by third-party auditors that shows how Actionable achieves key compliance controls and objectives related to security.
Our most recent SOC 2 Type II Report was issued on October 6, 2023. Please contact us if you require a copy of the attestation report.
